💰 What is VIK?
VIK is VIKASA's internal reward token. Users earn VIK by:
- Clicking "Claim" once per day
- Watching video ads every 6 hours
- Daily check-in (opening the app)
- Inviting friends (referral program)
- Completing social media tasks
VIK is not real money yet — it's points inside the app. In Phase 3, users will be able to withdraw VIK as real money (after KYC verification).
🎁 How to Control What Users Earn
Go to ⚙️ Settings tab. You control:

🏆 Growth Tier System — Why It Matters
VIKASA automatically pays more rewards when few users exist and less when millions join. This is how it works:

✅ Benefit: Creates urgency — users tell friends "join now while rewards are high!"
✅ Safe: As more users join, lower rewards keep VIK from inflating too fast.
📊 Daily Checks — What to Monitor
- Dashboard → Active Today: Should grow daily. If it drops, push a notification.
- Dashboard → Open Tickets: Reply within 24h. User trust = app growth.
- Dashboard → VIK Circulating: This grows as users earn. Keep an eye — if it's too high too fast, reduce base reward.
- KYC Review: Approve/reject identity documents. Required before withdrawals go live.
📣 Feed / Posts — How to Use
Use the Feed tab to post announcements to all users. Ideas:
- "🎉 We hit 1,000 users! Rewards stay at 3× for 7 more days!"
- "⚡ New feature: Staking is live — lock VIK and earn 9% APY!"
- "📢 Referral bonus doubled this week — invite now!"
Posts appear in the Feed section of the app for all users.
🆘 Support Tickets
When users have problems, they open a support ticket from the app. You:
- Go to Support tab → click on the ticket
- Read the user's message
- Type a reply → click Send
- When resolved → click ✓ Resolve
⚠️ Never ignore tickets — unhappy users leave bad reviews.
⚠️ Important Rules — Do NOT Do These
- ❌ Do NOT set base reward above 10 VIK — inflation risk
- ❌ Do NOT approve KYC without checking the ID photo matches the selfie
- ❌ Do NOT reduce rewards suddenly — announce it in Feed 3 days early
- ❌ Do NOT share admin username/password with anyone
- ✅ DO keep cooldown at 24h — daily habit = user retention
- ✅ DO post in Feed at least once per week
